i'm currently going through a phase of my life where i just can't help but swear as much as possible... except in front of parents, teachers or anyone with enough power to get me into trouble for doing so
but seriously, "fuck" is like the best word ever
by the words of comedian dane cook: "its got the FFFFFFFFFFF and the UUUUUU and the CK!!!!!!!!!!!"
(you'll probably find it funnier if you actually listened to his stand up act)
i'm not really pissed at anything to swear so much though... i just want to
except the fact that i've got the fuckin flue...
a really big pisser...
i missed like one and a half days of camp cuz of it... and i also have to skip volunteering and church (again, sorry) and tennis... and possibly a tennis tourny on monday
well... i havn't blogged in a while so i'm not gonna go into a really long blog... in fact, i'll just finish this blog in like 2 minutes and i'll post pictures some other time:
major things which happened:
picked up pups
toilet trained one of the pups (kinda)
won consolation of a tennis tourny
went to camp
got really sick
bought gatsby on ebay
watched 35 episodes of "prince of tennis" (anime, it's really good)
downloadING prince of tennis live action film...
cbs blogging, i'm tired cuz sick...

continued..........
well... continued from the last post...
after the cinema... it was time for most of us to go... darren, sherry and i walked to the buses, darren's bus would come in 3 minutes... wait... 2 minutes, 3 minutes... 4 minutes? 1 minute... xD
so off he went, and i decided to accompany sherry to wheelers hill as i wanted to kill time cuz i didn't want to go home for certain reason...
then i had to go BACK to glenny... btw, the bus i caught back to glenny was the SAME bus which sherry and i had taken earlier, i could recognise by the grafiti marks on the side chair, and the same colour purple broom on the side of the wall... as well as the same driver ------------>
btw, i would have taken a photo of the driver to prove my point... but that would be wierd... so i didn't...
anyway... i returned to glenny and decided to dine alone... so dine alone i did... went to star east and had "dinner": condensed milk on toast and a hot chocolate... breakfasty dinner.,.
yesterday...
was a pretty good day... although nothing fantastic happened... just a smooth, ordinary, normal... nothing special, relxed and laid back day
school... happy cup... home... pretty much it... here's a photo of hanley at happy cup... he's not constipated and he's not sleeping either...???
today... was terrible...
what made it so bad... was just HEAPS of little stupid bad things happening... building on top of each other and eventually, i cracked...
major bad things:
1. (i'm not gonna tell...)
2. another "friend" ditched me... how predictable...
3. got into an argument with dad...
4. the girl i like likes someone else...
S...I...G...H...
i won't expand on any of those...
but i've learnt that all the happy cup, chocolate icecream, gatorade, coffee and sugar in the world won't make me happy anytime soon...

08062009 - City/Glenny day out
As planned, sherry (organiser) and nigarrallan (nigel + darran + allan) made a trip to Melbourne City yesterday... first to the art museum... then MC, then back to glenny for a movie...
first of all it was maccas brekky
and being that EVERYONE except me slept in... it didn't exactly go as planned xD
allan came, darren didn't, sherry didn't
btw... i saw alex ilia and his mum... and he WON the tennis tourny, congrats 8)
so it was breakfast with allan... as wierd as it may sound
i had a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal, and al' had a bacon and egg mcmuffin meal
so off we went to meet darren and sherry to catch the 0930 train... but NO... sherry's bus eventually wouldn't arrive till... well... later...
a lot... later... xD
not to mention her designer jumper... which i believe broke her bank: a dollar xD
so on the train and off to city...

first stop was the art museum... not exactly my area of interest... especially conquering the stairs as i had painful ankles as well as a busted right knee (btw, i busted my remaining knee last night so... yeah... it hurts xD) the art museum...
it was quite interesting... but by the words of chris lee... "lots of random boobies everywhere"...
as you can see... the museum had some devastating effects on some of us:
i believe this needs no explanation... R.I.P. Darren Lachland xD

ahh... the good ol' age bag
after that... we walked down (up) to MC... for lunch... and bumming around... we also walked past "the age" building on the way xD... as well as what we found to be a very amusing 7-eleven bus stop advertisement:
We then met up with sherry's friends at MC: andy, jake and... (sorry, forgot your name) but something wan
LOL ----> andy-social xD
then trained back to glenny
allan left...
the rest of us watched a movie: x-men origins, wolverine... quite confusing to me though being that i've never read/watched/listened to any x-men stuffs before but altogether, it was a really good movie

i'll finish this post tmrw... i'm tired and i gotta sleep...

untitled...
i cbs putting titles...
anyway
i'm really starting to feel my life falling into place lately... positive attitude really works xD just like coffee and gatorade
lets start from thursday...
terrible day
so i'll skip it... xD
friday... it was a pretty good day, no school, and i ended up watching anime for pretty much the whole day (first time watching anime except for doraemon xD)
death note is quite an interesting story, they are crazy geniuses xD
so i watched death note all day and then it was 7 pm xD
went to life group, it was pretty fun
stayed pretty late
then today, tennis tourny, lost in first round xD
then went to church, then went to glen to get happy cup
was planning to go home and do calculus but bumped into some of my azn friends xD
i then just found out we were celebrating charles's 18th, so i tagged along xD
only 6 of us though: and here we are xD:
unfortunately it's quite blurred but you can see (in order left to right) sherry, head of charles, allan, shona then darren, (i wasn't in this photo cuz... well... i was the one taking the photo xD)
we had happy cup and dinner at star east!!!
my dinner:
condensed milk on toast xD 3 bucks xD
also paid for sherry's green "soup" for $6.30 (don't pay back !!!)
had a pretty good night full of laughs and... other things...
went home and hopped on msn... guess who was on???
well, we all had quite an EXTENDED chat in the chatroom and ended up talking for a few hours... and now i'm here blogging about this xD
during this chat... something really touched me...
probably the nicest and kindest thing ever said to me...
well... DEFINETELY IS the nicest and kindest thing ever said to me:
andd I really appreciate this friendship, only because you're so nice to be around with (all of you) and.. it's people like you, who makes this world a beautiful beautiful place
first of all... i'd like to point out that i disagree that this world is a "beautiful beautiful place" but that being placed in the sentence which it is in... i have no objection xD
being who i am, i've never really "fitted in" with any crowd at all, being that i'm that wierd guy who SOMEHOW likes maths... xD
i've always been a nerd, a dork, a reject... you name it
i was bullied to the brink of death (literally) and it's only cuz of our Lord God Almighty who saved me...
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
normally i would keep this to myself, but the past is the past, and i no longer hold on to that anymore...
so yes, i have had some "near death experiences"
several suicide attempts but i've luckily always stopped before i caused any serious damage...
this is where positive attitude comes in place
"I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME" Phillipians 4:13
i live by this verse
positive attitude: everyday, you just have to keep looking forward and believe that somday, all bad things will dissapear... cuz it will...
i pride my wierdness... as wierd as it may sound xD
anyway... i'll stop cuz i could go WAY deeper... but i won't
another thing i've realized... i believe than in a previous post i mentioned that i didn't want to get into any "love" relationship until the time is right
well... i still completely believe that... although i will admit, over the past few weeks, i have developed certain "feelings" for a particular someone: someone who i believe already knows that she's that particular someone... (does that make any sense? xD)
anyway, the right time certaintly isn't now, and i won't act out of any of those emotions... cuz it's not something i care TOO much about... my priorities lie in: well... calculus xD
well, i'm glad i've got this whole long weekend planned out already xD
tmrw/today, driving to kyneton (however you spell it) to visit the puppies we'll be picking up in the very near future... then arriving home and having dinner with family friends
monday: 0930: glenny station, going to visit art museums with friends... i have no idea what these museums are about but they sound interesting at the very least...
anyway, i shall leave with a few pictures i find relatively humorous: they're pretty self explanatory...xD
i lub you all!!! "brotherly lub" 8)

Things which made me think...
Today was quite interesting... before i get into any deep stuff i might as well get my "blogging duties" out of the way and briefly explain my day... (hey that rhymes!!!)
woke up early, got to school on time, study in school library (where one of the conversations which made me think occured)
physics exam... it was much easier than i had expected, and i finished it in around 40 mins... played rubik's cube, drew randomly, then was let out early to wander off to "study" at the library, where i ended up speedcube racing against seth and silas...
lunch, double methods class, nothing unusual
after school: went to happy cup then the library... didn't go to EB cuz i'm not a gamer... i don't game... much, except for curveball during IT cuz i got nothing better to do
library: nothing unusual, except my wallet is drained of another $9.95 AUD
I CAN'T BELEIVE THAT A LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN IS $7.95 0.0 thats freakin EXPENSIVE (so much for "sharing" xD)
anyway... as long as somebody else is happy 8)
now the "slightly deeper" stuff:
just for the record, i won't name names... but you could prob guess...
i don't get him... he ecstatically exclaimed his "love life" to me in the library today
he has actually made a list of his "top ten girls"... my first question:
WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU DO THAT???
and his explanation:
"i pick ten, then i pick a few, and then i narrow them down till i have one left..."
my response: "you're a friggin idiot"
why do people search for love?
i dunno, but it's stupid...
i believe in patience
and the Lord
you should seek the Lord into your own life, let him into your heart... and as the bible says:
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Mathew 6:33
I think it needs no other explanation...
other things i've been thinking about:
in the library today, i was doing my best in telling a friend in how angelic her voice was, as she was performing in the upcoming music thingy at school...
then she told me that i was just being "positive"
"positive"
that word stuck out...
it's how i've been living my life lately, it's how i FINALLY got over a problem which has been haunting me for over a year, and several other problems which have been lasting even longer
living my life positive, looking at the bright side of life... you know all the sayings:
there's a silver lining... bla bla bla
but saying it, quoting it is SO different from believing it
acting it: easy
faking it: easy
i guess it shows out when you really mean it: i remember being depressive, quiet and antisocial for some time: and at least then i faked, acted everyday being ok... but it hurt
especially how the people closest to you, don't even notice
and now i get to be myself xD
and i don't care what any of you people think, it's just who i am, it's the image, the brain, the personality which i was given by OUR creator
anyway: deep stuff over...
i'd thought i'd just mention which i found pretty funny:
a friend of mine told me he is studying "montana 1948" for his tuition, btw, it's not tye and english if you were wondering...
anyway, it just brought me back some "wierd" memories, when i studied that cursed book when i was in tye...
first of all, spending one and a half hours holding my eyes open each week, it was quite boring
and sometimes watching that guy solve a rubik's cube underneath his desk, which is funny cuz he took a few minutes to solve it and back then, i was AMAZED, and now i can solve it in 39 seconds xD
then those glenny high guys sitting in the corner, i still dislike them, why? cuz i hate it when people try to be "cool", it's stupid, they have no future and would probably (from the words of my parents) "end up as garbage collectors" xD (or at least some job with no social status at all)
and lastly, how i first met sherry xD i forgot my book, and she had to spend a whole hour stressing her arm, reaching over her table so we could both look onto her book
and a message if she reads this: don't pay me bak lah! no need lah! xD

exams...
exams... hmmm...
to some people, this word means everything, to others nothing, to the majority of the population on earth, it's some level in between
this week is exam week + last friday and things are going pretty well...
i've been able to complete all the exams so far, and everything seems pretty easy, i even finished the IT exams with around 30-45 minutes left to spare
anyway, instead of complaining about the downsides of exams, here are the benefits i gain from them:
1. i get to sleep in
pretty obvious why, i only need to get to school when i have an exam, which on most of these days is around 11 (it's kinda ironic though cuz i DONT sleep in anyway cuz i study)
2. I get a better breakfast than toast
just this morning, i went to glen library to study but it was closed, so with the spare time, i went to mcdonalds and had my second favourite brekky meal: sausage and egg mcmuffin meal... mmmmmmmm 8)
i have a small list of my favourite breakfasts... starting with a short stack with icecream from the pancake parlour, sausage and egg mcmuffin meal from maccas, tsa sui, duck rice from Food^2 in Kowloon Bay, HK, traditional churro combo from choco churro glenny (the store in melb. cen. station sucks), then my homemade: cocopops on nutella on peanut butter on toast. it's actually really nice, but not exactly anywhere near healthy... except for maybe the peanut butter xD anyway...
3. i get to go to the library instead of staying at home, although at the library, i indulge myself with sugas lollies (2 packs for a dollar at yeoh groceries xD), jelly babies (thanks jansen), and kickapoo joy juice (it's a lemon flavoured singaporian drink)
those arn't even HALF the sugas wrappers
"hanging" in the library with the regulars... should have brought my laptop... (maybe i'll post this of facebook xD)
4. because of studying in the library, i got to skip eng. tuition today!!! WOOT!!!\
anyway, i ate ALOT of food today: (for me)
-2 nutella toasts
-sausage and egg mcmuffin meal
-2 choco loops from choco churro
- a few anzac cookies
- 1.5 kfc crispy strips
- a wicked wing
- 2 pieces of chicken
- half a large kfc chips
- potato and gravy (i'm probably missing a few kfc items here)
- half a cylinder of pringles
- a few choco wafers
- a frozen pizza slice
- a few dozzen jelly babies
- 2 sticks of sugas lollies
and i still havn't eaten dinner yet
gonna stop now, dinner times
THINGS I LEARNT TODAY:
-Jansen has his music WAY too loud
-i LOVE original flavoured pringles
-Inflation sucks
- the effects of coffee and gatorade don't last forever

H.K. vs Melb. - PUBLIC Transportation
No... the title is in no means any referral to some sports match.
As you ALL would have guessed, i am VERY CLOSE to giving up blogging, but i'm using it as a tool AGAINSTS STUDY!!! xD
anyway, stuff which i've thought quite a bit MORE about lately, is life in HK, compared to life here...
for some time i've hated life here, cuz in hk, i feel a lot more free, being i get to forget everything here...
(by the way, hk is "Hong Kong" for all those who somehow don't know xD)
So i will randomly post my thoughts about how i contrast the two places, most would probably be FOR hk being that... you know, it's just better there... but there may be a few showing the "brighter" sides here...
public transport: aha! first thing we think about: why arn't the buses, trains or trams here EVER on time?
here, people tend to arrive a few minutes AFTER the train is scheduled to depart being that we just KNOW that we will still be on time for the "early" bus (which is late)
if you argue my point: FIX YOUR DAMN WATCH!!! (or the clock on your phone being that people are stupid in thinking a phone is a better watch than... a watch!)
hong kong on the other hand, has it's trains arriving LITERALLY... on the dot.
besides the fact they go through each station around once every two or three minutes so it doesnt even matter
and also they place this nice tune before departing every stop: in 3 languages xD
BUSES and TRAMS
in melbourne: same thing, LATE
in hk: also not COMPLETELY on schedule but unlike here in melb, they come every few minutes in hk so you don't even need to check the timetables, the most you'll have to wait is a few mins...
i got more, i'l post later, cuz i gotta study...
2 test and a sac tmrw...

Cubination!!! xD
I shall attempt to blog more often, really, i need something to do in my spare time, so i shall take unnecesary random photos and post, just to keep myself interested...
this shall be my "diary" except... non-diary like...
nvm...
anyway, what a better day to start blogging than today xD
nice early morning, strung a tennis racket, delivered it, packed my bags, and i was off to chaddy to meet lawrence leung, the star of the hit tv show among asians and cubers: "choose your own adventure"
if you know the type of guy i am, i like to be well prepared, so i packed everything i needed in my fave black bag (icefire - tsing yi MTR station - hong kong)
Everything i need: wet tissue packets, my watch, mp4 player, wallet, 2 rubik's cubes, keys, umbrella, pancake parlour voucher, pen and log book
Twas a good morning, i drove (as i have my L's) and i finally passed the 9 hour mark.
Chadstone was surprisingly quiet, i expected many more people to be there, but then again, less people, more space xD First stop... pancake parlour for a nice breakfast xD
Courtesy of Light fm (89.9) i received a 25 buck voucher to pancake parlour, so being i still had to eat with mum, i decided to stay slightly cheaper and got a short stack with icecream (slathered with maple syrup xD) as pictured below, and only within a few minutes, the pancake went from picture one, to picture two

It was indeed a very nice breakfast, and straight after, i had a nice big M ice coffee, just to top things off!!!
Mum left and i had 2 hours to kill before lawrence would arrive at the abc shop, so i walked to kathmandu, bought a utility/swiss army knife/keychain key thingo for 10 bucks, discounted from 35 xD save 25 bucks xD
went to suga, bough an apple flavoured lollypop for 2 bucks, discounted from 3 dollars fifty xD save 1.5 bucks!!! xD
so i sat down, slowly melting down my lollypop, and when i was finished, i still had half an hour, so i sat and waited...
and waited..
and waited.
Then it was 11:50, ten minutes to go and i headed down to the abc shop
there was less people than i expected, only around 10 fans (including myself)
some organiser lined us all up, and then lawrence came... along with around 40+ randoms, who joined the queue with paraphanelia to be signed: dvd's, cd's, t shirts, rubik's cubes and various items of clothing
I bought 2 dvd's (one for myself and one for a poor friend who couldn't come cuz she had chink school), a cd, and an "OFFICIAL CUBINATOR" tee xD
got the dvd's signed, and also ONE of my rubik's cubes
i also got to take a photo with lawrence himself, right before the "fight cube" show down

And after the signing, it was time for the ultimate showdown: "FIGHT CUBE" 0.0
This is why i brought 2 cubes with me, my crap cube so it could be signed, and my SUPER LUBED AWESOME SMOOTH CRAZY cube for "battle"
Cubes were scrambled, and the race began, luckily, the other contestants weren't very skilled, and they took around 3 minutes to solve the cube, so my only challenge was the cubinator himself: lawrence leung...
unfortunately, the guy who scrambled my cube, probably put it in the worse position ever: it took me around 10 seconds to solve the cross, which is CRAP, i thought i was losing, so sped up the pace and completed two layers, then all of a sudden, lawrence commented the comment which made me KNOW i was gonna win, with only 2 steps left to go in the process of completing the cube, lawrence exclaimed: "now who's got the cross yet???" i glanced at his cube and he only just completed the cross... still keeping focus, i used anti-sune OLL then a simple H permutation and i held up my solved cube, accepting the crazed cheers of the audience, i had beaten the CUBINATOR!!!
lawrence finished around 10 seconds after, and was given a warm round of applause himself, he congratulated me and while we waited for the rest of the contestants to finish (2 of them had given up) lawrence and i exchanged a few pleasentaries and discussed our methods of solving the cube, he actually used Fridrich F2L (a very advanced method) then beginners method last layer, while i used keyhole for f2l then 2 look OLL and 2 look PLL, while also throwing a few f2l algorithms which i had learnt
lawrence was actually a VERY nice person, and i immediately liked him.
Before leaving i was handed a prize, a very "specky" electronic rubik's revolution... it's actually alot funner than i expected it to be, being it's quite a kiddy toy... it's a good reflex/hand eye coordination/quick thinking/speed training device.

i drove back home and had a nice sushi dinner-compliments to the sushi-man: my dad xD

And then i rested: here's a picture of the stuff i got today:
My prize: the rubik's revolution
My signed rubik's cube
Signed lawrence leung's "choose your own adventure dvd"
and
lawrence leung's "choose your own adventure" soundtrack cd
and...
my OFFICIAL lawrence leung's CUBINATOR t-shirt xD
And now i'm where i am right now, babysitting family friends kids, hyper-girl and autism-guy
hyper-girls running around the house, drinking a mixture of pepsi and orange juice and autism guy stuck to the couch playing halo on xbox
parents should be coming home from the wedding soon and then i can drive home, more night driving xD, well it's more like morning driving cuz it might be past midnight
i REALLY need a coffee right now, it someone finds a vid of me and lawrence in fight cube somewhere on the net, tell me, cuz i really want to see
what have i learnt today?
i've learnt that asians still own at rubik's cube: (in the race, 3 asians finished as top 3, while the "gway lowh's" just gave up xD) as the very word's of lawrence leung (when he finished the race) "asian's represent " xD
